Dem Ohio election chief loses court battle…

…Sixth Circuit court ruling tonight, which orders fraud-friendly Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner to implement a new system to verify voter registrations.

For a little background, Brunner–a Democrat–has been fairly partisan as the head of elections for the State of Ohio. You may recall Brunner was the one who wanted to block Republican absentee ballots over a technicality. It took a judge to force her to accept those ballots.

The Sixth Circuit court case today was about Brunner’s refusal to stop outright voter registration fraud by ACORN and other left-wing groups because, as she argued, it would be too difficult to do. The court told her tough luck, you gotta do it anyway.
